Program Overview

The Eller Executive MBA is a residential program for successful professionals with significant career experience. The program advances business and leadership knowledge in a structure that enables participants to balance work, life, and education.
Executive Accommodations
The Eller Executive MBA was designed with the accomplished professional
in mind. Classes meet four days a month for 14 months
beginning in August 2007. Every other weekend, students attend Friday
and Saturday courses, staying on site overnight. Catered meals, a single
class of 30-50 students, team-based assignments, guest speakers, and a relaxed,
highly interactive atmosphere deliver a unique learning experience.
Integrated Approach
Unlike programs that address topics in a series of discrete courses, the Eller Executive MBA integrates multiple topics within thematic modules in a way that aligns with how professionals actually experience challenges in their workplace. Elements of finance, marketing, and innovation may combine in one module, while a later module integrates business processes, accounting, and technology — each reflecting real-world management activities.
Relevant Knowledge
The 13 modules of the Eller Executive MBA address critical business and leadership constructs inherent in the value chain of organizational activities, including process analysis and cost management, intellectual property and innovation, financial structure, business law and governance, and global competitiveness.
Real-Time Returns
In concert with the integrated curriculum of the Eller Executive MBA, the program requires students to address a significant challenge they face in their organization, such as the launch of a new service or entreé into a new market. As the curriculum progresses, students discover and resolve the next step in this ongoing project, gaining real and ongoing ROI.
